About the Project
Occupying a prominent corner property, this five-storey apartment building features a mezzanine, viewing deck, and 20 residential units. Designed and constructed through our design-build services, the project is envisioned as a practical and comfortable living environment that responds to the needs of urban residents.
The architectural design adopts a simple and contemporary approach, enhanced by carefully placed color accents throughout the building. Shades of blue, orange, and red are incorporated into the interior corridors and reflected in the facade, creating a cohesive visual identity while adding character and vibrancy to the overall composition.
